In 1998, a South East Asia based property development company with extensive property development experience and expertise, conceived the vision of creating a community with an authentic North American character within the burgeoning Shanghai Pudong metropolis. In effect, they wished to create a home away from home in a land that is both mysterious, intriguing, confusing and, to many westerners, hiqhly foreign.
